Seller Policy

Last updated: 6/30/2026

1. Introduction

This Seller Policy governs the responsibilities and obligations of sellers using the platform. By creating listings or selling digital goods, sellers agree to comply with this policy in addition to the Terms and Conditions.

2. Seller Eligibility

Sellers must be legally able to enter into binding agreements. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their account information, payout details, and contact information are accurate and up to date.

3. Ownership and Rights

Sellers may only list and sell digital goods that they own or have the legal right to distribute. This includes all intellectual property, licensing rights, and resale permissions.

Selling stolen, pirated, or infringing content is strictly prohibited.

4. Listings and Accuracy

Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading. Sellers must clearly describe:

  • The nature and functionality of the digital good
  • File formats, system requirements, and limitations
  • What the buyer will receive and how delivery occurs

Misrepresentation may result in refunds, listing removal, or account termination.

5. Prohibited Content

Sellers may not list:

  • Illegal digital goods or services
  • Malware, spyware, or harmful code
  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading products
  • Content that violates privacy or applicable laws

6. Pricing and Taxes

Sellers are responsible for setting prices and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws, including VAT or sales tax where required.

The platform does not provide tax advice.

7. Delivery and Support

Sellers must ensure timely and reliable delivery of digital goods. Sellers are responsible for providing reasonable customer support during the 14-day holding period.

Failure to deliver or support buyers may result in refunds or penalties.

8. Refunds and Disputes

Sellers must cooperate with refund requests and dispute investigations. Refunds issued during the holding period will be deducted from held funds.

Repeated valid complaints may result in withheld payouts, listing removal, or account suspension.

9. Fund Holding and Payouts

Funds from sales are held for 14 days after delivery. After this period, funds are released to the seller unless a valid complaint is under review.

The platform reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or legal risk.

10. Platform Fees

The platform may charge fees for transactions, listings, or payouts. Fees will be disclosed in the seller dashboard or related documentation.

11. Enforcement

The platform may take enforcement actions including listing removal, account suspension, fund withholding, or termination if this policy or other platform rules are violated.

12. Limitation of Platform Responsibility

The platform is not responsible for the content, quality, legality, or performance of digital goods sold by sellers.

13. Changes to the Seller Policy

This Seller Policy may be updated at any time. Continued selling after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
